The Northwest Folklife Festival has announced that South Sound Tug & Barge will be performing on the Fisher Green Stage on Opening Night of the festival.  SST&B's set is part of the prime-time schedule on Friday, May 25 at 7:45 pm.


The West Seattle Junction has posted an interview with SST&B.  In the aftermath of the band's performance at this year's West Seattle Summerfest, Mitch Kief spoke with Steve, Charley and Scott M.X.

On April 6, 2017, the Cascadia Electronic Recording Company released South Sound Tug & Barge's brand new eleven-song album Point Defiance.  Featuring originals and other peoples' songs, Point Defiance captures SST&B's classic live sound and spreads it generously across the music spectrum.
